We cannot accept returns on personalised or customised orders. This includes bandanas with your pets name on, all hoodies, t-shirts, sweatshirts, cups and key rings. This is because we cannot resell anything that has been personalised.
You cannot return anything that has been worn, washed or damaged in any way.
We do not accept returns on sale items and we don't do exchanges.
Please contact me for a return address. Within your return, please include your order number, name and address so we can locate your order.
We do not refund shipping costs, you are liable for return shipping fees. We recommend using tracked postage and retaining proof of postage until we receive your return as if your return goes missing we will not be able to refund you, nor will we be responsible.
If we deem your return suitable for refunding, we will send you an email and start the refund process.
